Seduce Buyers With Savvy Staging – III

by terresteinbeck RODEO REALTY

Well, alright, here’s the long-awaited conclusion to my riveting series on home staging. Hopefully, you’ve had an opportunity to feast your eyes on Part I and Part II. If not, there’s still plenty of time to dive into these eye-opening articles. In the meantime, here are three more powerful secrets for pumping up the sales appeal of your beautiful L.A. home.

Be a Display Master.  Neatness counts, big time, even right down to items such as bedding and towels. Be sure these are color-coordinated and displayed with flawless care. To add a dash of pizzazz to the mix, plant accent pillows in strategic locations.

Employ Diversionary Tactics. Let’s face it. No home is perfect. That’s why you want to divert attention away from the flaws and steer it to the hot zones. For instance, a mirror can make a small room seem much more spacious. You also can create enticing focal points with interesting ‘props’, such as a vase of dazzling flowers.

Create Outer Appeal.  Nothing invites buyers into your home like a warm, friendly exterior. So slap a big, plush welcome mat in front of the doorway.  Trim that lawn to well-manicured perfection. And bring the whole place to life with splashes of colorful flowers.

If you’d like more info about boosting the sales appeal of your home savvy staging, feel free to contact me.  Or just fire your questions or comments into the box below. There’s always a vacancy.
