The Ultimate House Hunting Guide – III

by terresteinbeck RODEO REALTY

It’s been several long days since I shared a sparkling new selection of house hunting insights. No doubt you home shoppers are on the edge of your seats for the next installment in this eye-opening series. Good. Now free your minds and get ready to feel the energy of the wisdom from this final chapter of the trilogy.

Prepare and Prepare Some More.  You wouldn’t stroll onto a tennis court unless you were geared up and braced for major action. The same principal rules the home shopping world. You absolutely must be ready to waltz in with a solid offer. If you’re emotionally or financially stymied by the home buying  process, you, my friend, need to back off and do some major self-examination. Believe me, buying a home is no picnic if you’re not ready for the road ahead. Rehearsing is one good way to prepare for the adventure. Secure a blank purchase contract and run through the decisions you’ll have to make. Knowing what to expect is half the battle.

Cool It. You’re emotions have been running red hot for the entire home shopping stretch. Sure, the journey is fraught with challenges and surprises. But you also have to think about another piece of important real estate known as YOU. Whether you take a small vacation, read a good book, or lounge on the beach, recharging your batteries is essential.

If you’d like more info about launching a house hunt, feel free to reach out to me.  Or just fire your questions or comments into the box below. There’s always a vacancy.

And, of course, if you want to be connected to the latest info and opportunities in the Beverly Hills real estate market, I’m ready to make it happen.  Call or email today.
